: Website Starter is for a straightforward one-page presence. Business Website provides more space for services and trust. Business Website + Enquiries adds one structured customer journey. Workflow Setup improves one repeated process and does not require a new website. The fit check confirms the appropriate starting point.
: Yes, where the existing website is suitable and the required access is available. Workflow Setup can connect to an existing site. Changes to an unknown or unsupported website are reviewed before they are included in a fixed scope.
: The customer owns the domain, Google Workspace organisation, billing relationship and administrator access. Infinitus performs the agreed setup and removes or reduces its access after handover.
: Managed Hosting & Care covers the Infinitus-hosted website or workflow components identified in the package and written scope. It does not include new content, new features, Google Workspace administration or general IT support.
: Yes. Managed Hosting & Care has no fixed minimum term and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Infinitus-managed hosting and monitoring end after the notice period, so replacement hosting must be arranged if the website is to remain available.
: Every package includes 30 calendar days for reporting defects in the work supplied by Infinitus. New content, changed requirements and third-party service problems are not defects. Ongoing support follows the Managed Hosting & Care scope.
: The customer supplies accurate business information, service details, contact information, approved claims, logos and available photographs. Infinitus structures and edits that material within the package. Research, full copywriting, photography and extensive rewriting are separate services.
: Custom Software is the separate route for purpose-built portals, applications and operational systems with deeper rules, shared data, permissions, integrations or several connected workflows. It starts through Connect rather than the Digital Setup package selector.

: Ownership and licensing are defined in the separate written agreement for the work. We make the position clear before delivery rather than assuming one rule fits every engagement.
: Yes. Infinitus develops products and technical R&D alongside client work. Portfolio records show the relevant ownership, publication and lifecycle context for each item.
