Your analytics choice

Website statistics are on by default unless you have previously opted out. You can change your choice here at any time.

We use Vercel Analytics statistics to improve this website.

Checking your preference…

This choice applies to this browser. When saved, it lasts for 180 days.

Who is responsible

Infinitus Interactive Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC667160. Contact us at connect@teaminfinitus.com about this policy or your information.

When you contact us

We receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email, business name, website and project information. We use them to respond, understand the work and discuss a possible engagement. Please avoid sending sensitive information that we do not need.

Our enquiry forms use Resend to deliver your message and send an acknowledgement. We use your information to take steps you request before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for advertising tracking.

Website statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate statistics that help us improve this website, such as which pages are useful and the types of devices visitors use. Statistics are enabled unless you opt out. We do not use them for advertising, profiling or tracking you across other websites.

Vercel processes page URLs, visit times, referrers, approximate location and browser/device information. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from page URLs before sending them and does not send form contents. We also count trackable visits through the link printed on Dylan’s business card and to our Digital Setup page, using separate events without custom properties. These include visits from navigation links and typed or shared URLs. They do not identify physical QR scans or distinct people. Referrer information may still be processed.

Vercel describes its analytics as cookieless. It uses a temporary request-derived visitor identifier, with visitor sessions discarded after 24 hours. This is not a 24-hour deletion period for aggregate statistics. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information and its reporting and retention information.

Turning analytics off prevents future pageview, business-card and Digital Setup visit events from this browser. It does not remove statistics already received. It also does not affect essential hosting/security processing or videos you choose to load.

Business-card and Digital Setup visit tracking also respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Visits with JavaScript disabled or analytics blocked will not be counted.

Remembering your preference

When you make a choice, we save a first-party cookie called ii_cookie_consent for 180 days. It contains only your analytics preference, not an advertising identifier. We use it to remember and respect your choice on this browser.

Clearing site cookies or using another browser removes that saved choice. If your browser prevents us from saving it, the control explains this and keeps analytics off for the current visit. Where we cannot read the preference safely, analytics stays off.

Brand creator access

If you sign in to the creator resources, we set a first-party cookie called infinitus_brand_creator to keep those downloads available to you for up to eight hours. It contains a signed access token, not the shared password, and is removed when you sign out. It is used only for access to the creator area.

We exclude creator-area visits from our analytics pageview events. To limit repeated sign-in attempts, the server keeps temporary counters using a hashed network address. These counters have a ten-minute window and expire entries when another attempt is checked. Hosting security logs may be retained separately as described below.

Videos and external links

Portfolio videos show a local preview until you press “Play video”. This loads YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player and requests playback. YouTube receives information including your IP address and the website origin, and may use cookies or other storage under Google’s privacy policy. You can close the player, or follow the separate link to watch on YouTube. Closing stops the embedded player but does not erase information already received by Google.

Social and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies. Your analytics choice here does not control those services.

Hosting, security and providers

Vercel hosts this website. Hosting and security systems process requests and technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and error logs. Our enquiry protection also uses IP addresses and email addresses to limit repeated submissions. This supports our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and preventing abuse.

We use hosting and email providers to operate the site and handle messages. Their processing can involve locations outside the UK. Details of their privacy practices and transfer safeguards are available from Vercel and Resend.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, taking account of legal, accounting and dispute requirements. Technical information is kept according to the operational needs and retention arrangements of the relevant system. Contact us if you need details about a particular record.

Your rights and questions

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or ask for a portable copy. Contact connect@teaminfinitus.com or use our contact page.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
